The normal IP Address for chi01 has been Null Routed (meaning it is unreachanble). The Null Route will be in place for roughly 24 hrs. This is standard practice for Data Centers.
The target of the DDoS Attack was a single Ventrilo Server. That server has been suspended pending further investigation.
To ensure everyone has access to their Ventrilo Server now (instead of waiting about 24 hrs), we bring services up on a TEMPORARY IP ADDRESS. This IP Address will work until such time as the Null Route is removed and we bring all servers back up on the main IP Address.
Until we can use the normal IP Address, here is the TEMPORARY IP ADDRESS to use: 75.102.27.158
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this DDoS Attack event.
